
Special Use Permitting (SF-299) is a federally mandated action established in the Federal Lands and Policy Management Act (FLPMA).
FLMPA governs various requirements provided by National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Threatened and Endangered Species (T&E), and various other physical attributes such as water and weeds (Non Native Invasive Species (NNIS)).
It is imperatively important to follow all the various laws that may be simply summarized as “Applicant agrees to and warrants the application of all federal and state laws”.
